February 14, 1941 - February 20, 2023

Mr. Tom Kelley, Jr., 82, of Nashville, Arkansas passed away peacefully at The Springs of Mine Creek in Nashville, Arkansas on Monday February 20, 2023. Mr. Kelley had been a short term resident of the facility and was a seemingly quiet and peaceful man. When he was able to work he was a laborer in many of the odd places between Texarkana, Arkansas, Texarkana, Texas and the Nashville, Arkansas area.

He is survived by his children, which are many but spent the last of his living years around the Texarkana and Nashville, Arkansas areas with his son Thomas Kelley and daughter, Rosie Page. His niece, who always seemed to always manage to care for his needs, Ms. Sharon Batts. A host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

There will be a private family memorial arranged for him at a later date.
