Mr. Marcus L. Howard 43, of Lewisville, Arkansas, passed away peacefully at his residence on Saturday October 5, 2024. Mr. Howard was a beloved son, brother, dad, uncle, cousin and friend. Marcus was a music lover. He was stubborn and more than anything else his own man with a very independent attitude. He had a smile that could light up the darkest room and a laugh that was so infectious that if he laughed, anybody around him was certain to join in. Sickness never took life from him. He lived everyday as if it was his last.

He was born October 19, 1980, to Charlotte Howard and Kenneth Blevins in Magnolia, Arkansas. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Sylvester and Arcie Lee Howard. A sister-in-law, Devonna Walker, a nephew, Chris Walker-Sargent

He is survived by and leaves to cherish his many memories, his mother, Mrs. Charlotte (Roosevelt) Berry of Lewisville, Arkansas. His father Kenneth Blevins (Rose) of Mountain Pine, Arkansas. His paternal grandmother, Louise Blevins. His children, a daughter, Kaitlyn Howard of San Jose, California, his son, Marcus LaMar Howard, Jr. and stepson, Jar’Markin Hamilton both of Hemet, California. One brother, Lawernce Terrell Muldrow (Kelsey) of Ashdown, Arkansas. His half brothers, Kenneth Blevins, Jr. (Kim), Kinston Walker (Chelcie), stepbrothers Johnathan (Nik’Cole) Rainge-Berry, Steven Berry, Derrick Walker (Jennifer) and Ryan Walker (Autumn). Two sisters Arcie Rachael Berry of Texarkana, Arkansas, Brieauna Rachal Berry (Jared) of Prescott, Arkansas. His half-sister, LaTishia Walker (Josh), and stepsisters Laura Berry and Kristy Sargent (Michael). His two uncles, Kenny (Stephanie) Howard and Ricky Charles Howard. Nieces, Megan, Kelsie, Kaleigh, Meme. Kamaria and Gianna. Nephews, Jayden, Justin, Kentaveon, Keshawn, Devon, Jakobe, Kinston, Jr. and Kaoceon. His very dear and early life father figure, Jerry Lee Parrish, with whom he held a lifetime relationship with. A host of other nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

His celebration of life will be held Saturday, October 12, 2024, in the Hamilton-Davis Funeral Home Chapel, 415 East First Street, Stamps, Arkansas 71860 at 11:00 A.M. with interment immediately following his service in Old Town Cemetery, Highway 29 North at Cemetery Road, Lewisville, Arkansas 71845 under the direction of the Hamilton-Davis Funeral Home Staff. There will be a public visitation on Friday, October 11, 2024, in the Chapel from 11:00 A.M. until 3:30 P.M.

Masks are optional but highly recommended.
