Gloria Davis Obituary

Ms. Gloria D. Davis (76), of Stamps, passed away on the morning of July 11, 2024, at Saint Michael hospital in Texarkana Arkansas. She was a beloved mother, grandmother, sister, and devoted member of the Buchanan Baptist Church.

Ms. Davis was born in McKamie, Arkansas to the late Mr. Floyd Matlock Sr. and Mrs. Velma Matlock. She was employed by Falcon Furniture until her health declined. She was proceeded in death by her parents, five brothers, and seven sisters.

She leaves to cherish her memory her daughters Rosie M. Grigsby and Nakholby Davis both of Stamps, One brother Floyd Matlock Jr. (Maxine), seven great grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews.

Services will be held Saturday July 20th at 1:30 at the Hamilton-Davis Chapel. Under the direction of Hamilton-Davis funeral home with Pastor Nicholas Matlock serving as the eulogist. A visitation will be held Friday July 19th from 11:00 - 3:00, at the Hamilton-Davis Funeral Home 415 east 1st street Stamps, AR 71860
