Mr. Gerald Jackson, 67, of Texarkana Arkansas was born on May 29, 1955, In Springhill, LA to the late Jimmie Jackson of Taylor Arkansas and Lula Jackson of Foreman, Arkansas.

He passed away on October 31, 2022 at Wadley Hospital in Texarkana, after a lengthy illness. He worked as a laborer for the City of Texarkana. He was a Baptist. He loved playing cards and dominos and watching westerns, especially Gunsmoke.

He was preceded in death by his father Mr. Jimmie Jackson and is survived by his mother Mrs. Lula Jackson, one son Gerald Sims Magnolia, AR, two sisters Ms. Lavoyn Jackson Texarkana AR. and Charlotte (Lynn) Westmoreland of Houston TX. One Nephew Bryan Westmoreland (Shuneca) Houston Texas and two nieces Jessica Westmoreland and Jasmine Westmoreland both of Houston TX.

Graveside Services will be held Saturday, November 12, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. in the Chapelwood Memorial Gardens, 826 N. Kings Highway; Wake Village, Texas 75501 where the Rev. John Ford will serve as Officiant and Eulogist.

Interment will be immediately after the funeral service.
