Mrs. Erma Jean Lee

October 16, 1951 – November 25, 2023

Mrs. Erma Jean Pree-Lee passed away peacefully in McKinney Texas, just after noon on Saturday, November 25, 2023. She was a loving daughter, sister, mother, grandmother, aunt, cousin, fellow co-worker, and most importantly a Christian. She was also an employee and Supervisor at ALCOA until her health forced her to retire and a diehard Dallas Cowboys Fan.

Mrs. Lee was born to the late Mr. John Pree, Sr and the late Mrs. Roberta Williams-Pree on Tuesday October 16, 1951. While there were older brothers, she was born to be the second daughter. She was preceded in death by her husband Mr. Lonnie Lee, Sr. just fourteen months ago, both of her parents, two sons, Kenyatta Lee, and Trent Lee. One daughter, Latrese Lee. One brother, Eddie Lee Pree and two sisters, Betty Pree-Faulks and Lola Mae Pree.

She is survived by her children. A son, Mr. Lonnie Lee, Jr of Texarkana, Arkansas. Four daughters, Ms. Tandra Johnson of Nashville, Arkansas, Ms. Denita Lamay of Texarkana, Arkansas. Mrs.Tomeka (Bobby) Johnson of Texarkana, Arkansas, and Mrs. Lola (Telly) Lewis of McKinney, Texas. Five brothers, Mr. John Pree, Jr. of Killeen, Texas, Mr. Osie Pree, Sr. of Lewisville, Arkansas, Mr. Floyd (Jackie) Pree, Sr. of Lewisville, Arkansas, Mr. Andrew (Bobbie) Pree of Garland City, Arkansas, and Mr. Virtis Pree, Sr. of Texarkana, Arkansas. Her last surviving and baby sister, Ms. Annie Jean Pree of Cedar Hills, Texas. One Uncle, Mr. Johnny Pree of Texarkana, Arkansas, Two aunts, Ms. Jewell Williams of Little Rock, Arkansas, and Mrs. Margaret (Bay Rose) Pree-Robinson of San Diego, California. A host of grandchildren and great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, friends, and former co-workers.

Her service will be held on Saturday December 9, 2023, at 2:00 P.M. in the Lafayette County School Auditorium ; 801 Chestnut Street; Lewisville, Arkansas 71845. A public visitation will be held in the Hamilton-Davis Chapel, 415 East First Street, Stamps, Arkansas 71860, Friday, December 8, 2023, from 11:00 A.M. until 3:30 P.M. with interment at Stewart Cemetery immediately following her service on Saturday under the direction of Hamilton-Davis Funeral Home Family and Staff.
