Charles Neal Obituary

Mr. Charles P. Neil 76, of Victorville, California, formally of Tollette, Arkansas passed away May 30, 2024 at the VA Hospital in Victorville, California after a battle with health problems.

Mr. Neil was born September 24, 1947, to the late Thelmen Neal and the late Doris Stewart-Neal. He was a beloved son, brother, father, uncle, cousin, and friend. He was preceded in death by his parents and grandparents.

He is leaves to cherish his many memories, his wife Mary Elizabeth White-Neal of Victorville, California; children Raymond Williams of North Hollywood, California and Tamirriah Cockerell of Long Beach, California; Brothers, Mr. Michael Neal of Tollette, Arkansas and Frederick (Nattile) Neal of Los Angeles, California; Sister Linda Stewart of Schall, Arkansas. A special grandson Jayon White, and a host of nieces and nephews, relatives and fellow Veterans.

Mr. Neil was a proud Vietnam Veteran of the U.S. Army. He received an Honorable Discharge. He worked as a welder for many years.

His service will be held Saturday, June 29, 2024 at the F.T. Jeans CME Church in Tollette, Arkansas where the Pastor Elroy Steward will serve as the Officiant and Eulogist, under the direction of the Hamilton-Davis Funeral Home . Public visitation will be held at the Hamilton-Davis Funeral Home Chapel Friday June 28, 2024, from 11:00 A.M. to 3:00 P.M. Interment will be immediately following his service at Crofton Cemetery, Tollette, Arkansas.
