Billy Junior (Buck Back) Harris

July 21, 1964 – October 15, 2024

Mr. Billy (Buck Back) Harris, 60, of Stamps, Arkansas, formerly of Bradley, Arkansas passed away at his residence in Foreman, Arkansas on the morning of October 15, 2024. Billy had defeated the odds and had survived some serious health complications. He loved his family, having a good time and lived his life to its fullest extent. When he was able to work, he was an equipment operator for Tyson Foods. He as well loved to fish and play cards, during his last few days and hours he made some attempts to reach out to some of his family members just to tell them he loved them and thought they should get caught up.

He was born to the late Mr. Johnny Harris, Jr. and the late Ms. Mattie Cornelious – Harris, on July 21, 1964. He was a beloved son, brother, daddy, uncle, cousin, granddaddy and friend. He was preceded in death by both of his parents and his sister, Ms. Jeanette Harris.

He is survived by three sons, Mr. Billionte Harris of Shreveport, Louisiana, Mr. Tyrese Harris of Bradley, Arkansas and young Mr. Jacayden Harris of Foreman, Arkansas. His daughters, Ms. Essie Flowers of Hope, Arkansas, Ms. Desiraye Davis of Lewisville, Arkansas, Ms. Billindria Harris and Ms. Sharese Harris both of Bradley, Arkansas. His only brother, Rev. Johnny James Harris of Bradley and his sister, Ms. Debbie Mack of Little Rock, Arkansas. A host of grandchildren, his special friend Ms. Maxine Matlock. Two very special nieces, Ms. Shareka Harris of Stamps and Ms. LaKita Harris of Buckner, Arkansas, the entire Davis family and a host of other nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

Service for Billy will be held and the Hamilton-Davis Funeral Home Chapel, 415 East First Street, Stamps, Arkansas on Saturday October 26, 2024, at 11:00 A.M. There will be a public visitation on Friday, October 25, 2024, in the Hamilton-Davis Chapel from 11:00 A.M. until 3:30 P.M. His interment will be immediately following his service Saturday at Lakeside Cemetery on Valley Street in Stamps, Arkansas.

Masks are optional but highly recommended.
